We now offer an online registration form if you are moving into a property within Brampton and require a new hydro account. If you are moving, please choose one of the following:
- If you do not currently live in Brampton but are moving to Brampton and require a new hydro account - OR
- If you have an existing Alectra Utilities (formerly Brampton Hydro) account that needs to be final billed and are moving within Brampton and require a new hydro account -

- If you have an existing Alectra Utilities account that needs to be final billed and you are moving outside of Brampton, or do not require a new Alectra Utilities account, please contact our office at (905) 840-6300 Ext. 7300. PLEASE NOTE: To final bill an account, we require a minimum of two days notice prior to your moving date, along with a forwarding address where we can send your final bill.
